Appointment Policy

No appointments are necessary, as we are an emergency facility.  We see patients on a first come, first served basis and patients are prioritized based on stability and urgency of their condition. Call us at (970) 484-8080. We are located at 816 S. Lemay in Fort Collins, Colorado. We are on the east side of Lemay just South of Riverside at the light (Pennock).Please give us a call if you have concerns about your pet when your regular veterinarian is not available. If you have an immediate emergency please bring your pet in and if it is possible to give us a call we appreciate the notice. We can also direct you to the closest emergency facility when necessary.

Patient Arrival Policy

For the safety of all animals in our care, we require that all vaccinations be up to date. Even though we make every effort to make our patients feel comfortable during visits, they may be a little uneasy about new people, new surroundings and other pets. This is one of the reasons we ask you to restrain your pet. We recommend that animals be placed on a leash or in pet carriers before entering the waiting room.

Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. We do not provide financing or provide payment options. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, CareCredit, cash and personal checks. You will be provided with a written estimate of services recommended after the veterinarian has examined your pet. The examination fee is $89.00.
