1. What are the Hospital hours?

   Our hospital is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, including holidays.

2. Do I need to have an appointment?

    No, patients are assessed when they enter the building and are prioritized based on stability and urgency of their condition.

3. What forms of payment do you accept?

     Cash, Check, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Care Credit

4. Can I make payments?

    Payment is required at the time of service.  Please visit www.carecredit.com for possible payment options.

5.  When can I visit my pet?

       Feel free to stop in or call anytime. You can visit with your pet as soon as a room is available, or in its kennel if rooms are full, as long as there is not a procedure or emergency going on in the back.
