Pia is one of our technicians and just became certified in 2009.  She is a Swedish citizen but moved to the US when she was little.  Pia has worked in wildlife rehabilitation and published a paper for the Association of Zoo Veterinary Technicians.  She hopes to one day become a zoo vet tech or possibly a zoo veterinarian.
